Coal Combustion Waste, J Henry Fair
Coal ash is only the final stage in the process of using this fuel to produce electricity. It’s touted “economy” is disproved as soon as one considers the uncounted environmental costs; and more insidious, the taxpayer subsidies given out to coal producers and burners at every stage of the life cycle
